I'll wait and see what's available but I might roll the dice on a mystery box. IDK since I've watched all the releases and I've bought what I want (mostly SNK exclusives)

I've thought about it some more. I like the Golden models but I have examples of pretty much all of them. Multiples in some cases. But I really like the Taichung models and there's still a couple I don't have. So I'll likely pass on the mystery box and look for something I don't have like I've done in the past

At the last seconds sale I saw one Kapara it was a 20cv I was lucky enough to get it. There were a lot of Drunkens. They were expensive and didn’t look like they were selling very well. I got a Chaparral as well I really like both knives. My son got a spydie chef. I think the Taiwan factory puts out great quality knives.

Will the mystery box have its own link/page or mixed in on one main page with every second knife?

I would like to buy one but don’t want to waste time looking for them as they sell out.

Personally unless it's a Slysz Bowie from Knifejoy I'd probably just try to get knives I know I actually want. The sprints will probably be all from the last year

I think the mystery boxes are a great idea. No exclusives or sprints in the regular part of the sale. Bots can’t set up to buy all the 15v or 10v or whatever they think is the most desirable. And I really don’t think most resellers are going to buy up all the mystery boxes when nobody knows what’s in them. For everyone else it will be fun and we will get a great deal on a few knives.

Agree, I think I will just get one premium box for $250. More than I would normally spend but this is pretty awesome.

I just hope the boxes are easy to find. I am sure we all know with high demand Spyderco servers can take a long time to load one page let alone a few of them trying to find the box.

IIRC, during the past online seconds sale, they had a Sprint Rex 45 Shaman listed, but it went OOS quickly. I know because I think I had it in my cart yet got sniped. I'm willing to bet there were only a few listed so that most stock would have gone to the onsite sale. I don't think Spyderco would list that many 15v sprints, if they even would list them at all. Probably save them for mystery boxes. But I'd be more than happy to be proven wrong!

Excellent advice! I’m on holiday in Australia and have spent an embarrassing amount of time checking my maths on what time in my time zone the same goes live! I can’t wait

There are definitely Sprint Runs... But I don't remember seeing any dealer exclusives available at the previous Online 2nd's sales.
