Can someone from spyderco confirm which is the fake Military?

I’m posting these photos because one of them I bought recently.
Can Sal or Eric or Joyce chime in on which is the fake?
Left or right?

The one on the left is questionable. I would suggest emailing our Warranty & Repair Department at customerservice@spyderco.com for authentication. Sometimes it's a challenge with only images, but they are more familiar than anyone with counterfeits. You can learn more about it here, https://www.spyderco.com/counterfeit-statement/.

Here are two more images, the one on the left has a rounded off bevel / plunge line in the hole, the one in the right has a very sharp bevel / plunge line. Also, where the blade tangs meet the stop pin, the one on the left is below the scales, the right one is flush. Also, the one on the left has a slightly shorter blade (3 7/8) while the right in is exactly 4.

Note the little scallops on the liner from the left one.

Any other thoughts?

The one on the left is pre-CQI, the one on the right is post-CQI. The could both be genuine, they could both be fake from what I can see in the pictures, but the age difference alone dictates they won't be identical. If you want to be certain, box them up and send them to Golden for inspection/authentication.
