Man that is an excellent combo right there. :fist-bump
I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

Oh man I know what you mean. I don’t get how some people love running. I hate it lol. I’m 22 so it’s not very encouraging to hear that it gets harder as yo get older. 🤣
I always hated running too, but three things made it fun for me.

Finding the right shoes, the right trails and the right pace…
Ditto allll of this. Altras were my breakthrough shoe, and trail running is soooo much better.

I’ll add that having a K-9 companion helps a lot with my motivation to keep running. Gotta keep her fit!

Not often someone else posts a street beat, much less the OG run. They're very nice, aren't they?

SPY27 Manix put in a long day at work...but performed like a champ all day. Got a couple of swipes on the UF rods to keep it shaving. No sock drawer time for this worker!

Hope get my hands on one. Am a big fan of the compression lock and love the looks of this knife. One question, would you like it better if it had a finger choil? I've never handled one so i'm wondering about that.

p.s. I know it's a flipper, just wondering about the ergo's.

I have small hands so I can get a full four-finger grip on the handle even without a choil. The ergos are very good for me, though folks with larger hands might find the handle cramped.

Doing some running and light hiking this morning. I play soccer and at 42 I can no longer just show up and play. So... Doing what I hate and just running. For no reason, just running. Nothing is chasing me, just running.

Nothing is chasing me, just running 🤣…I’ve been a runner uh make that a slow runner now, since I got outa High School just because the Peachtree Road Race 10k is so popular and such a big tradition here in Atlanta…the endorphins really do kick in around mile 3 and it gives you energy throughout the day, but the little voice inside my head still says “why are we doing this” sometimes…kinda like working out, once you get started it gets better 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️…oh and cool photo Jeff 👊

Absolutely, Ive been blown away by how much I love the street beat. The clip point blade is not the blade geometry that’s most functional in my day to day edc use. but the street beat is simply the most beautiful and ergonomic clip point fixed blade I’ve ever seen or held in its size range. And the carry is amazing. Yesterday I carried it horiztal cross draw on the belt and the knife just disappears, I didn’t feel or notice it there all day. you couldn’t tell I was carrying a knife there at all with an untucked shirt on, and retrieving the knife is made super easy with that deep finger groove, your finger just finds its way there and the knife is out in a secure grip. I could go on and on about the beauty of this thing, but I’m sure you get it!
