Wow, makes me wonder...but not really want to know...why the store bought are so much smaller and not as appealing in color.

Not so much in my pocket today (still on a Military 1 or nothing run until the 2 comes out) but these just landed today.

First order of business once I get time will be to neuter that nub like I did my MagnaCut Mule lol.

Out in the woods today - love the "cutting power to weight" ratio of the SE FRN salts. Pretty amazing performance for a 1.9 oz knife

Even though I'm a steel junkie at heart (still waiting on my 15v Mule to arrive) this good old VG-10 Delica finds itself in my pocket more than any other of my knives as you can probably see the rust peeking through the scales. Anyhow I haven't posted in a while and just touched up the tip of the blade while there's still sun so I snapped a quick shot.

Haven't seen you around much, as you said...but I almost forgot how nice of edges you put on your knives!! I remember when you first molded this one, glad you're still loving it!

Thanks man! I still lurk almost daily but hanging out too long gets expensive. I've bought about 100 Spydies since finding this place and I'm not good about keeping them nicely organized so they're scattered all over the house and even though there's usually a knife within a step or two, trying to find a specific knife is like going on an Easter egg hunt. lol

...and this just showed up so I'm looking forward to trash day tomorrow, got a bunch of cardboard to get through.

Love seeing the best fixed blade Spyderco has made getting some love. I've got a super coarse edge on my blacked out PE.

I used this stone on it with no follow up - https://www.chefknivestogo.com/140grdistflp.html

So I've got a PE at 140 grit, another at 400, and the last at 1,000 grit, plus two SE sitting in the safe

Sounds like you’re covered! :cheap-sunglasses

This knife is definitely up there! It carries very well and I’ve quickly gotten use to belt carrying it. I’d like to get a serrated edge in the future too. :respect :bug-white-red

no, but if the blade will be scratched too, then i will have to do this, like i did on the delica-204p (after mandarin juice rust) and chaparral (scratched by sand)
