Confession time: Added another AEB-L to the two 15Vs. Feeling some cognitive dissonance here. Am I happy for 3 knives on the way, or depressed about the bill? I can't tell.
Lol. I'll see your AEB-L and raise you.

I actually added two AEB-L's to my order.
Was tempted but was just a hat sacrificed to the pre mule basket this time….

The only advice I know, TazKristi posted at the start. The rest of it is waiting and trying to relax. Every time I am surprised at how my heart rate spikes while racing for Mules. I've had a number of technical issues that I have been working on from address format to my credit card security features. Frustrating. I have been hit and miss on getting the system to work since I started harnessing Mules with a PD#1 that sat on the shelf awhile. Gifted that one away.

Anyway, I scored two. It took about 7 minutes, my page refreshed 2 times and made it in the end. Needless to say I am very happy.

Crap! First time I ordered, I entered the wrong info off my card by accident. So I ordered again. Now both orders have charged my card...

Will I get 2? 4? Or none as they sort my order out while others processs? :o

I guess time will tell lol

LOL I kept getting time-outs and re-log in just about every step but still scored. My nerves are a wreck. This will be my 2nd Spyderco.

It's a hazing process, Gene. If your chair is wet with sweat and you're taking antacids, you're part of the club.

I overslept but managed to get one so thanks Sppyderco for making enough to last 20 minutes :) and that was after they wouldnt let me check out on my computer due to suspicious IP (how do I change that? im not a bot. lol) so I had to repeat on the phone and still scored one.

Anyways, looking forward to this!

Haven't tried to buy a Mule in a while. So, this morning I put a 15V in my cart and tried to log in and it said my account is inactive :') I reset my password and tried again, still inactive. Oh well. I look forward to seeing what you guys do with your 15V Mules.

Made it. 11 minutes start to finish. Clearly a busy sale and in demand (though I see them still in stock at 8:30).

I am glad to see it busy. Good for Spyderco and good for the mule team project.

Process was a little slower than last time, but not terrible, with no long hang-ups on any particular screen. Our internet is not particularly dependable, so it seems strange that so many of you get timed-out.
Time outs can be from network distribution, so if there were a lot of people coming in from one area of the internet (which doesn't necessarily match physical distribution) those people could have timed out somewhere along the way, even if Spyderco's servers were running fine. If your internet is some small provider that isn't bouncing through big popular routers, it may have actually helped you.

I have been on both sides of this. I have lived in a remotely and when the satellite connection for the community works, we go to the front of the line, the speed is like dropping right onto their(Spydercos) desktop. And then there is every other day when the setup is not functional and it is hard to get phone service in or out.

Pro Tip: If you're trying to buy the CPM 15V Mule before stock runs out, make sure you aren't fiendishly refreshing the page for the CPM REX T15 Mule. Idk who, but it took somebody using my laptop 20 minutes to catch that little mistake... :thinking

Took about 14 minutes for me. Lots of time outs.

Bought a sheath too, didn't think to check on the AEB-L mules, would have preferred another mule over another sheath.

Can't believe we're back to Mules not selling out. Maybe the flippers' credit is drying out.

I wasn’t too worried, because I already have 15V Manix 2 and there will always be BBB’s collaboration model.
The site was slow and I forgot to login, but a little bit of persistence is no sweat.
I managed to get one about 20 mins after they went live and now I’m excited to try this kind of steel in a fixed blade!

Still haven't finished the scales for my last AEB-L's, so that temptation was easy to fight off. A Rocks Glass made it to my cart, but I kicked it out and got out of there with only the two mules :winking-tongue

I hear you about the internet possibilities - I was in DP for 35 years, so I still remember time-outs being completely normal for even 'normal' days. We've come a long way.

I just like to see how long it takes for them to start popping on eBay.
By the end of the day. Unfortunately.

What, I have to wait until the end of the day to put up my eBay ad?

(JUST KIDDING!!)
Found your eBay account!

Got caught up in a work meeting and forgot about thiis Mule drop. Went on a few minutes ago and was pleasantly surprised that everything went very smoothly. No delays and checkout was less than 5 minutes.

Nothing like the Magnacut Mule experience.

They had a box full in the store this morning and a very small line. I got the one I went there for:
