Re: The Story of Knife Steel – Innovators Behind Modern Damascus and Super Steels
I had a chance to review Larrin's book early on and highly recommend it to all who have an interest in the craft of knife making from all different aspects. Its pretty incredible to see Larrin go from a interested kid at my knife show table to a doctor in metallurgy, author, inventor of a new steel and now this amazing technical history. Without this book a lot of very interesting background on all aspects on knives would have been lost. It will be a valuable reference for all of us. thanks Larrin for the good work. Phil
