Lazy morning tune up session. I am more and more impressed with the current Military construction. It's too bad people just see "liner lock" and immediately dismiss it. The action is flawless, the detent is strong for a liner lock, it was really easy to fine tune the pivot so there is NO blade play and I was able to center up the blade with the back side pivot screw and then the front side screw can be loosened or tightened as needed for pivot action and it didn't effect the blade centering at all. If this does end up being the last Military 1 run I think it's a worthy send-off.

And also this weird pink one I can't unsee that a filter decided to curse me with so now you have to see it too.

Salt 2 again on a trailrun through the woods.
Also had a Chakram (ancient Sikh throwing weapon) with me for having some fun.

Glad though you did not try to ascent that mighty peak -. the air must be thin up there already ;)

Salt 2 SE...

Image
Cool photo Gernot 👍

Thanks, Salty!

It is actually a cool and magic and remote place in the woods where I took the pic... kind of a cave / grotto with a waterfall that goes over most of its open front part, much like a curtain.
I may post two pics without a knife for a change, unfortunately I took those on a day with very little water so the fall is rather meager (and I painted over the lady in the pic, don´t know if she´d like to be seen on the internet... but like that there is still the approximate height of a person for size reference)
