May your feet be warm and dry and your throat warm with whiskey. A knife in hand or in the sock band.

There’s something about this version of the Delica that I absolutely love.

We’re closed on the weekends. I haven’t had to work a Saturday in over a decade and I prefer it that way. Everyone needs 2 days off - at least (I’d love to go to a 4 day work week). But I have gone in by choice or to work on my own stuff before…

Mostly been doing projects around the place. More stuff to do in the house tonight. But it's perfectly still so decided to take a break for a little while to enjoy the evening.

We caught a few days of nice weather (40s for highs) that FINALLY lined up with some days off for me, so I've been trying to take advantage of them. The long term forecast here for March is cold and damp. Not really looking forward to that.

That's a Solo Stove fire pit. It's actually the biggest one they make. May parents bought it for me last fall. They are stupid expensive but it's actually a really awesome fire pit for the yard. Minimizes smoke and smell, burns everything completely to ash, and is really nice if you've got a group of people around. Doesn't radiate heat all that well, but that's not a huge deal for me.

Alright, I’ll bite. How do you like the solo stove? The in-laws goes us one for Christmas and I literally just broke it out last week, it been raining since then-of course! I’ve been prepping fat wood and kindling since with the Rex mule.

Check the post above yours, gave some thoughts on it. Short version, I like it.

That's some righteous bling, Costal. I love me some fish-scale pattern. I can see that knife on a chain around Mr. T's neck.

Hahaha! If that were gold I'd be buying Paysans rather than PM2s. I don't know if you can tell, but it's Ultem, which looks more like honey in most light. The fish scales create a very grippy texture. Probably too grippy for hard use without gloves, for my hands. It's about half an ounce lighter than G-10.
