Nice! Not one we see very often, I actually forgot all about it.
It’s a very nice knife. Underrated imo. The liner lock is probably what turns people away. Be fit and finish are top notch. Lightweight as well.

I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

I’d be interested in your thoughts. Those are some unique knives. Probably not for me, but I’m always curious about niche knives.

That's a killer edge, what grit finish? Looks coarse...which I personally love.

Main edge bevel is finished to 400 grit, microbevel finished at 1000 grit, then stropped with 1 micron diamond.

Interesting scale on the Chef. I dont remember seeing that one before, who made it and what is the material? How much does it affect weight balance? Is there a liner?

A bit hard to tell on my crappy cellphone screen, but do I see a nice, coarse edge here Rick?
Top three going by pocket-time (update March 24):
- EDC: Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10); Wayne Goddard PE (4V), Endela SE (VG10)
-Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), and also Wayne Goddard PE (4V)
