I got crap from someone on Reddit when I posted a Tenacious and a Bugout side-by-side.

I call this my “I don’t have a problem, you have a problem!” carry.
I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

Love it. May I ask what model that fixed blade is? Also assumed it was a Crucarta pm2 but it’s k390, aftermarket scales I guess?

Ha-I saw that…a no no on r/spyderco…especially liked your comment to the guy that said you only need to carry one of the knives cause they were basically the same and you said: I also only need to eat bread and water to survive, but pizza is really good…I was gonna comment but held back…however I did just leave a bunch of 🤣😂 under your comment 👊

LT Wright Frontier Valley. Great little knife in A2 tool steel. Made in Ohio.

The PM2 is my favorite. K390 with RGT green canvas micarta. They do great work!

This pic is from almost exactly one year ago, and that's why the Pac Salt looks so new and shiny... ;)
But since I was on that exact same minor peak this morning, carrying the exact same knife and the view was pretty much the same as back then I thought I could post an old pic (the battery of my cellphone gave up in the cold today, so I could not take a new one).

Btw, the town in the valley for a change is not my hometown Salzburg (Austria), but the nearby German Bad Reichenhall.

Top three going by pocket-time (update March 24):

-Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), and also Wayne Goddard PE (4V)

Nice. Thanks. How’s the fit on the RGT scales, I seen a few reviews where they weren’t quite perfect and a little bit loose. Maybe that’s true a few years ago, how are yours?
