It is good to see that old girl is still going strong! Most of my knives are in storage at the moment, but I am looking forward to carry the Ti/G10 M4 Military soon again!

Many moons have passed since this original run. Here is mine that I carried the last few days.

Nice!! Here is mine. Sadly I'm not carrying it and many of the older ones in my collection as much as they deserve, there are too many newer ones screaming for attention...

I removed the patina completely a few months ago after I cleaned-up a rusty spot.

I hate to say but I haven’t used mine much since I had it reground. I remember it was a stretch at the time to afford it but I really like M4 and wanted to try a RIL version of the Military. I’ll have to carry mine again after I dull the 15V Manix 2 I just threw in my pocket today.

Someday I hope to stumble upon one used that needs a new home. Might be the best Military made.

You and me both, friend. I’d love to slap a piece of Micarta on there too. Talk about a grail!
I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

I'd think the KW S90V version has surpassed this one as the best Millie made.

I don't know, maybe I need both to make a decision.

Man, I’d be happy with either. I haven’t tried CF yet, but I’d consider a Micarta scale in either case.

The KW exclusive in S90V is the king IMO.

Still looks good. Seems you thinned it out quite a bit.

I never ended up carrying mine. I found I continued to prefer the full G10 one so mine is in a box unused somewhere.

Maybe too thin... I managed to chip it yesterday when I tried to cut off a broken suitcase handle that had hidden steel reinforcing... To be fair, that would have damaged most edges. I had to snip through it with side-cutters. Back to the stones she goes for some tender loving care.

Bummer, but it happens from time to time when you push the geometry very acute. I understand that and am okay with very infrequent damage for the huge increase in cutting ability with very thin and acute edges.

That’s nice work on the blade. I bet she cuts with ease. Damage can be repaired.
