Fantastic service from the Spydie web store

#1

Post by 419onscene »

Ordered a K390 Delica last week. Got the box today, and dang, that's a lot bigger than I thought...Check the box and it was an Endura.

Send an email through the web site and fairly quickly got a reply from Christian Miller. No problem, we'll box up the right one and send out a return label.

Fast, simple and easy.

Yeah, that crew is great. Everyone is gonna make a mistake, it happens, what matters is how that mistake is dealt with. On the few occasions I've had to avail myself of customer service, they were superb.

Sounds like you're in a heap of trouble, brother.

You're going to get the Delica and think to yourself, "Self, this is a nice little knife."

Then you'll grab the Endura to put it back in the return box and think, "Daaaaang, this is a nice BIG knife!"

Then you'll want to keep both, and the temptation will be too hard to resist. You might resist today, but the knowledge will gnaw at you until you have ALL the nice knives.

Mighta woulda have kept it, buut have a Michael Janich Jandura Endura mod arriving tomorrow, and am waiting on the LynchNW titanium scales and clip for the Delica. So I should be able to resist keeping that one....
