Well mine bit me today as I wasn't paying close enough attention and dropped the blade on top of my index finger. Did I mention it came hair shaving sharp from the factory. The edge may indeed be a ghost but the phantom that remains ain't no slouch.

I’m going to have to live vicariously through you guys. It looks like a fantastic knife, keep posting after you all put it through its paces.

Yup, same here made an unplanned purchase, so I will be sitting on the sidelines for now. Please torture us with beautiful pictures. Being a production model, hopefully this one will be around for a few runs at least.

Got mine this morning. Fit and finish are seriously immaculate- very smooth action! Basically drops shut out of box. There was a burr on the edge but took 30 seconds to fix. Bevels nice and even. Great work Seki!

Pics to follow when I get some time with it.

Ha! I forgot about that. After a few days, I looked closely at my edge and it was all chewed up! My immediate reaction was to destroy whoever it was that borrowed my knife. But then i realized it was just a huge burr coming off. Doh! That Cruwear was wicked sharp with our without the burr though.

Oh, I was not aware that the knife is this thin. I am wondering how does it compare to the Ayoob (that one is a bit too thin for my taste)

I haven't put calipers on it but, the thickness is about the same as the Ayoob.

Just snagged one from National Knives. I’m really looking forward to this one. I like thin edges and long blades like my Native Chief and Police 4, and really like Cruwear a lot. Once I saw this one announced I knew I’d end up getting one.

You wouldn’t happen to have some calipers to measure the thickness behind the edge, would you? It sure looks nice and thin, certainly thinner than the .025” edge on my Police 4 from the factory.
