I managed to buy in SMKW, received an order confirmation, the money was debited from the card, but a day later I received a letter that the order was canceled because the knife was not available. So yes, they oversell. And they already did the same to me in March 2021 with Native Chief rex45.
Good thing I was lucky enough to snag one an hour ago from bladehq.

I don’t know how far behind BladeHQ is, but I got an order in on 12/9 and it’s still processing.

GPKnives just dropped and I scored with no problem from my favorite dealer. Notification worked perfectly.
Good luck to all!

It would’ve been nice if more dealers limited these to one per household so that more individuals have a chance to score one…

Yay in for one at Knives Plus :) I was waiting to pick up a Blurple Manix 2, but they have been OOS at SFO for months (unless I missed them at some point), this Sprint run ended up costing just a few dollars more than one at SFO with OPFOCUS discount, super stoked!! Good luck to everyone hunting one down!

I called them yesterday about an order I placed and they told me 5+ days processing time so I cancelled and ordered the item elsewhere.

Well, it looks like options are about to be limited to ebay. I don't see many more drops happening at this point.

What makes you say that? I’m pretty sure that dealers get more than one shipment of sprints. We’ve only started seeing drops of 30 or more in the last couple days. It would surprise me if even half the run has sold yet.

Ughh… Picked the wrong day to go Christmas shopping after work. Looks like I just missed a bunch of them. Hopefully this is a huge run!

No I was just messing with Ramzar. I've been trying since the first release was announced and finally scored one at Whitemountainknives.

Amazing the sun shows the difference in blades
15v vs maxamet
Why do I have the urge to smash them together and see which edge wins :winking-tongue

Anyone get a BTE thickness measure on theirs yet?

Congrats to those that purchased with a discount code from White Mountain. Is that best price seen so far?

I believe, thanks to the generosity of a retailer who shall remain unnamed, I have now secured one. Only 14 more to go to beat harpo1!

Yes, unless you count a purchase from SFO with OpFocus.

And (relatively speaking, at least), looks like heaps have dropped today! I don’t have the Spyderco app, but is it coincidence that people got app notifications around a similar time?

I ordered mine from Knifeworks on the 8th. I'm in New Mexico & 15v is traveling from Louisiana. I finally got an update today. Previous update was acceptance on the 9th. Today it arrived in Las Vegas, NV. Wtf. This knife & USPS has me getting the bubblies.

Thanks for the info! I appreciate everyone’s patience with me as a n00b.

I guess I would qualify for OpFocus, if I were in the US…

Just got my order in for one at BHQ. I hate paying out of state sales tax, but they’re throwing in a free beanie, so I feel less bad about it. 😁
I already have one from Mr. Knife Guy, I was thinking of buying a backup from Blade HQ (I really like the Manix’s design), I think I subconsciously took my time because $172 is steep for a knife I already own. Although I really like the design (I like it better than the PM2) I have a hard time justifying that extra money which is essentially paying to abuse the one I already have.
