I very rarely have heard of anybody getting a sprint run knife after notification via email. It almost seems pointless, they'll be gone before you even get to the website.

I called Spyderco about a possible restock and they said there will not be any more released. That can always change i guess but that seems pretty solid.

What was the context of your question? Sprint Runs by definition only get produced and released once. We're you asking if the SFO would get any more knives?

So I called Spyderco asking if there were going to have more on their website. Like the Siren Sprint that sold out on the spyderco website and then more came up. They said no.

Well darn, I was hoping they would restock.

I signed up for notifications from them but didn't get the email. Got the BHQ one, bit was too late.

The level of retailer camping on this drop is wild to me.

According to the updates I got from my script, St. Knicks sold out in 10-15 minutes. BHQ and KSF sent me notifications they got stock, but my stock checker never noticed--so either it just didn't monitor successfully or they sold out within the check interval of 5 mins.

KSF has now deleted the product page, for what that's worth. I'm assuming that means they're not planning on getting any more stock.

This is my first time trying to get a hot sprint. It’s brutal for people with day jobs.

Well hopefully these selling fast pave the way for more sprint runs. And good to keep in mind that when the BBB collab folder does get made, it'll be a production model, so even though it may be a while, that will give plenty more people a chance at the mystical 15V.

It is discouraging to have to play the speed game, especially when you've got a normal life and can't live by a phone or computer.

I’m looking forward to the colab too. I heard BBB is helping with the magna-cut HT too so that’s also something to look forward too as well. If 15V is really popular I don’t see a reason it won’t make regular production.

I'd be a little disappointed not getting one, but from what I'm reading on the forum, it sounds like I'll have a chance to try 15V in the future.

The SFO guys, by their own admission, have no idea of if or when stock will arrive. They seem almost intentionally ignorant of such things. I would very much like to buy my 15V Manix from SFO, but they are usually useless over the phone.

Knives Ship Free had some, very briefly. I had one in my cart but the knife went OOS again, by the time I entered payment info and tried to check out. This sure is “fun”.

KSF was the only vendor I got a notice from. That was around 4:25 pm ET. I saw the Outlook notification pop-up while I was on the phone with someone I work with. Mercifully, it was a voice-only call so I went there immediately and got one - assuming they didn't oversell. I checked back a very short while later and they were all gone. I signed up for notifications at a lot of places, and I assume their stock was gone before the email even went out to me. Crazy.

Negative, for a variety of reasons but mostly as far as I know that Shawn is not a fan.
