What about a XL version?!?!? Watu Size Increase, or WATUSI for short.

There’s the Chokwe that is larger then the Watu. I’d love a 5 or even 6 inch blade version with a back lock.

Back lock is fine, brown micarta also would fit if not some African wood.

Watu is in my rotation.
I like the simple knife shape, the thin blade, and of course the 20CV is great.

It should look like this right out the box.

Geeeez, that photo looks awfully familiar ;)

Those scales were very nice, Trifect Customs I believe is where I got those from. I ended up selling it to a member here though, I had a few "other" brands that took its place as my fancy knives. The Watu is one heck of slicer, very unique knife, but just didn't meet my needs after a while.
I’m not a modder, but if I was, my Watu would look like this to be as fantastic a looker as it is a slicer.
This particular example is pretty darn special! Love the Watu, even the CF scales.

It’s a great knife for all the reasons described, but gets almost no pocket time because I prefer to edc something I’m not afraid to abuse a little bit (or hand to a coworker who’s not a knife person and is almost guaranteed to mistreat it).

There are a lot of knives that I’d be reasonably concerned about if I asked them to do something they’re not meant to do, but I’d be terrified for my Watu. It’s a fantastic gentleman’s carry, though.

I love mine. As an office dweller, it is my EDC pretty much all weekdays. Zero complaints. Weekends I go a little heavier, PM2, Shaman, or ZT 0562.
