No it’s the satin version. The DLC Version has already been out.

I know the manix 2 in 15V is not out yet, but is there any info on what the marking on the clip side of the blade is past the sypdiehole? I've never seen it before.

It's a maker's mark for Shawn Houston at Triple B Handmade who developed the heat treatment.
