The two “Consumer Direct” Native Chief M390 & Brown G-10 Sprint Runs were/are supposed to be sold only directly through Spyderco.

However, they’re listed now at KnifeWorks as out of stock with the usual 30% off MSRP price — $175 & $203 instead of $250 & $290 for Satin & Black DLC blades respectively.

I've seen them do that before with the Mule Team knives. They'll figure it out eventually and the listings will disappear off the site.

Wish the Native 5 Salt had been released with a Magnacut blade
IIRC it was pretty much expected a few months ago. Sourcing difficulties perhaps ?

I also prefer yellow handles, but could make do with green.

I like the stonewashed PITS, didn't like the previous polished and blueish iterations.
It's another one of those made in EU with EU workforce and EU materials that's taking a trip across the Ocean and back just to make it much more expensive in EU, I presume will be a cool 400EUR.

Naja, dat PITS is hot. As for the import-export scheme, doesn't Spyderco ask its Italian contractors to ship part of the production to its European retailers ? That'd make more sense to me.

Why does that happen? Were they going to be mapped by retailers and then pulled back?

The M390 Native Chief's... "Limited to ONE each per household"... I'm assuming that means we can order one of the DLC as well as one of the Satin per household. Two total. Is that correct?
