Oh man I dig it. I like grey g10 and I like elmax. I just had an Ayoob show up (grey g10) in the mail and I recently got a Demko AD20S in elmax so I probably don’t need it…

The grey looks darker than the C60 Ayoob.
I think the KW 204P Shaman is the better knife for the money.
Better corrosion resistance, better edge retention, but slightly lower in toughness which is offset by the blade thickness and shape.
Plus the KW green is a great color.

Checkout went rather smoothly. As of 3:15pm EST there's 331 BladeOps' Spyderco Shaman ELMAX exclusive left.

There should be plenty of time and quanity left for people who are on the fence about this particular exclusive run or are waiting until their next payday to pick up one.

Perfect action
Perfect action
I’m glad I was home. I had to sign for this one and didn’t know. But this might be one of the smoothest action on any shaman I own.

If I may ask, how could you tell the number in stock? Couldn’t see it anywhere.

Looks really good in the sunlight. Just bought one of the green 204P Shamans, but this gray is so tempting.

It’s definitely a lighter grey than expected. I like it a lot. Very smooth scale and has consistent color all the way.

Oh no... This could be bad for me... Did you pay for expedited shipping or use the free shipping? If they won't leave it without a signature I won't be able to get it...

They left it for me, thank god.

G10 has a slightly different feel than the knifeworks 204p, that one feels polished smooth at the contoured edges, this one is more of a soft silky feel. Both are of higher finish quality than older runs in my opinion. Same new backspacer internals. The bevel grind is a little uneven but not enough to complain about, especially on a knife I intend to use. The edge whittles hair easily. Very impressive. Only other factory edge I have received that sharp was on my cf/s90v shaman. The centering is maybe 5% off and the action is a little scratchy... This example I would rank a little below the 204p I received in terms of action/tuning but I would write the difference off knife to knife, not run to run. All extremely minor issues easily fixed by break in/tuning and overall a very high quality piece. Happy to report that I think the fit & finish on the shaman is improving over time.

If you are on the fence, I suggest you grab one quick. The remaining few won't last long and I see no real issues with my limited sample.
