Blade HQ Shaman exclusive coming, green micarta and DLC steel? (M4)

I picked one up, mostly because of the coating. My satin M4 Shaman is a real rust magnet, but that's entirely my fault. Nothing a little Flitz and Scotch Brite can't clear right up.

Looks great! Not a Shaman guy, but I still love M4 and MUCH prefer Micarta over Jade G10 as long as it has liners... Let's see more of this combo BHQ! A Manix2 would look amazing like this

If they could go back in time and do this with the Sage5 instead of "mint" that woulda been $$$

I snagged my first Shaman! Never been much on the idea of subbing a folder for a fixed blade but coated M4, comp lock and contoured OD green micarta were too much in one package to be left out of my collection :)

I bit on this one. DLC M4 made it a no-brainer. Would love to see a DLC K 390 version as well. I am loving my slightly modded REX45 Shaman but I will leave the M4 unmodded. I will use this where I need more rust resistance. I can easily clean up an edge from rust.

I've been chasing one for a bit. Almost pulled a trigger on a few but always sold out by the the time I finish hesitating. Didn't sell out so I pulled the trigger. Was on the hunt in the secondary market, about the same price for Sprint run or less. At least I don't have to worry about paying PayPal f&f.

Absolutely! I have the mint one and I'm still wondering "what were they thinking?" which makes me also wonder "what was I thinking?" lol. I like it but would much rather have OD green anything (FRN, Micarta, or even G10) vs the mint

Same here. Got a really bad micarta pm2. Very disappointed because it was my first real made in US Spyderco.

I promised myself I wouldn’t bite until after work if it was still in stock. Lo and behold there it was. Grabbed one. This will be my first, and last shaman. Anyone who thinks M4 is a problem, it’s not, especially Spyderco’s. I have a Native 5 and a Mantra, and their M4 is simply an amazing steel.

Bigger order or slower seller? Some clarification on this would be great. I think every run should come with a production number instead of just guessing and assuming.
