Right. I actually tried rotating my stop pin, but that didn't help at all. It changed the depth of my lockup, but never helped reduce the play. Whatever I did seems to have worked though.

And I believe the Benchmade MPR and the 761 use that adjustable stop pin system. I'm not a big fan of those designs, but it's an interesting concept.

I had same thing in Amalgam. When screws are little too loose [but without side play], there is very tiny up and down play. I know this is 7 years old topic, but helped me a lot.

No pm2 or Shaman I've owned (all pre-2020) had any lock rock, that I can remember.

The one compression lock I bought recently (2022 Shaman burlap s90v) does have some.

I'm just glad I'm not the only one that trawls old threads for info, haha
