A Package From Dr. Lecter!

#1

Post by Outlaw »

A very large package arrived today from the good Doctor.
I anxiously opened the box to see inside..... yet another container.
A paper mailing envelope. In the back on my mind I kept thinking.... this IS from "Hannibal Lecter"
I know what's supposed to be inside

Well, inside was a tiny blue box containing a mint condition Spyderco C32PS "Spur"

What a cool little knife!
I had never handled one before. I knew the Spur was a small knife, but this is really small. It's the perfect size for my office. No more raised eyebrows with this knife!
This Spur looks to be extremely well built. It's actually kind of heavy for it's size, & it locks up tighter bank vault! Very Cool!

And now for..... SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT

Also in the package from Dr. Lecter was a different looking knife box.

Drum roll please......

A brandy new, in the box, CRKT Crawford Point Guard!
(definitely a useful item ;) )

THANK YOU DOCTOR!

WOW....I feel like I hit the lotto! :D :D :D

Congrats on the new toys Outlaw.

The good doctor has been working overtime in the generosity dept. as of late. A true gentleman.
First they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not stand up, because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Cool!

I can understand that Dr. Lecter wouldn't want to have a knife called 'Crawford' in his collection... ;) ;)

My Dear Yojimbo,

You should really read the book "Hannibal" by Thomas Harris. Hannibal Lecter was well-known for giving "the most exquisite gifts" by those he called friends. :D

I think I'll continue... ;)

P.S.: Ted: the Crawford reference was absolutely priceless! LOL! :p
