Got to handle some TRM Atoms. They are incredible knives. Very smooth. Great linerlock. And very thin grind. Feels great in hand. Something worth checking out.

I’m not a Demko guy, but the AD15 fixed blade looks pretty sweet.
I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

Spoke to Brad with Bradford Knives for awhile. Extremely nice guy. They held out some Magnacut models for Blade Show in the 3 & 3.5. Assuming they did not sell them all (they had a lot), they may pop back up on the website. He said their next Magnacut release may be late this year or early next year. Larrin actually stopped by the Bradford booth while I was there.

The 3 for larger hands the pinky pushes against the butt of the knife. Brad said it was intended this way. Actually felt great in hand. The 3.5 offers more a full grip and has a finger guard that will protect your finger from the edge when sheathing. The 3 bit my finger just a bit.

After going through most of the above videos I can't find a single knife I'd like to buy. Even cold steel.

I like the Snecx Vision R, looks like a cool techy Spydiechef and might be good in the kitchen

i'm surprised all we're seeing from cold steel is the new lock on one model. they had more to show off at shot show then just a single new model. what happened to all of that? i was hoping to see the mayhem again.

This was sadly my most disappointing BLADE show in a long time. Not because of the knives, but because I was only able to go one day and was rushed.

The upcoming Insigo bladed CRK Sebenza 31 was nice. My oldest son will graduate college in a year, and I plan on getting him a Sebenza as a gift.

The reworked Hogue Deka is an improvement, especially the pocketclip.

The Benchmade Tagged Out was like a larger, bowie bladed Bugout. I really liked it, just not fond of the flex in the scales, or the orange color. I get this, I'll be looking for aftermarket scales.

Nothing at CRKT or Kershaw really stood out to me.

Justin Gingrich's knives always kind of remind me of the old EK knives from WW2 - crude, but effective.

WE, Civivi, and now their new budget line Sencut has been impressing me over the years. The Civivi Synergy 3 is tempting, because I really wanted the knife it's based off back in the 90s but could not afford at the time. My buddy picked up a Civivi Baby Banter for work carry as he really liked the one I have.

Magnacut steel was everywhere.

Next year I'm hoping to be able to go more than one day. Also hoping my oldest son will be able to go. He's working an internship through the summer an had to miss it.

I was overall disappointed too. Brands seem to keep the same stuff going.

We're probably witnessing the impact of Covid though...
