That's legit
Edit: the hardware, jimping, curve of blade/edge, texture of g10, tab on the lockbar and font are all things that are varying degrees of wrong on fakes and they all look perfect on this.
To be positive though, you can check if the liners have a small divot in the "palm swell" area of the handle. I can post a pic if you need an example.

I've seen this exact knife up for a while, It is only because of its steel and the color IMHO. The kife itself seems totally legit as Giygas said.
In the collection : Lots of different steels, in lots of different (and same) Spydercos.

I love this color. If I didn't already have a purple PM2 coming in a steel I like better than S30V I'd consider hunting one down.

It's good for a camping/practical use knife because if you drop it, you can actually find it.

Yes, and your knives and guns are safe from those who are uncertain about their masculinity.

The Para3 (S45VN & Pink G-10) version of that PM2 is still available from the exclusive dealer for a great price of $156.95.
Spyderco proudly supports Living Beyond Breast Cancer by donating a portion of the sales of their pink-handled knives. @LivingBeyondBC seeks to create a world that understands there is more than one way to have breast cancer.

People are less likely to steal pink items as well. What are the odds of 2 people with pink paras and now mine is missing?
Nothing wrong with that pink Para 3!

When I take mates fishing they always get to use Pink fishing lures….
After a while they ask “why do I have to use the pink lure”
To a reply
“ if you buy them yourself you can have whatever colour you want “
At sometimes $20 a pop, had too many good lures lost by mates over the years so this works a treat.
