If I ever buy another Police it would have to be a Wharnie style blade . MG2
Agreed, I have zero interest in any Police models newer than 2003ish single position pocket clip.

Very interested in a Wharnie or Sax blade. Especially Sax! :cheap-sunglasses

At first I thought this would so awkward. I felt that way about the Endura wharnie as well. But the idea of this knife is growing on me.

I’m all for this idea . Just throwing this out there , would a Wharnie blade require a new scale design or would it be a simple drop in to existing scales ? The latter would be immensely cost effective . MG2

Do you ask because the tip’s new position may come in contact with the backspacer? Do the other Seki wharnies have an altered handle?

I have no idea if for example a Wharnie Endura uses a different backspacer or scales , I was simply looking at it from an economic impact to produce a Police Wharnie and the time involved creating a new scales is a big expense . MG2

Surely the same handle could be used. I've swapped blade/handle on my Wharncliffe Endura with a standard blade Endura with no issues.

Slowing down in my knife purchases, but have to wholly support this idea.
