PITS today…hopefully the new version is released soon…this is an amazing design.

How is it even possible that I am hearing about this knife for the very first time !?!

It looks absolutely awesome - this would be the perfect urban EDC for me. We absolutely need some nice sprint run ...

Hey Matus, looks like there’s one new version in-the-works…with M390 blade steel if I remember correctly…

We do have one in-the-works, and Mike is also working on a new design.

FYI, the Brits call the Spyderco version a "SPITS".

Absolutely. One of the few knives that really did blow me away as soon as I got it in hand. It's simplicity is perfection. It's not my typical, hard working type of knife that I like to use at work, but I still do and appreciate it every time.

It took me about 10 seconds to be really impressed with that Matriarch. There's a lot that's really good about it, especially for the price. I can see why there was a thread about the need for a Salt version.

Welcome to the family lil fella! I dig it, I like the more finger filling grip compared to my wife's Ladybug.

I opened it with my Native Chief and my daughter got a big kick out of how differently sized the 2 were. Though she thinks the Wharnie blade just looks like an egg cut in half :-||
