If you do, and haven’t already, please check out Stanley Tucci’s Searching for Italy series from CNN.

Absolutely brilliant!

I love Italian food (not so much Olive Garden, though). I ate several times at an authentic Italian restaurant owned by a real Italian chef in Uban Ratchitani, Thailand. There used to be a good one in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia near the water park, but I heard it is closed, now. There was a good one in Birmingham, AL, too. I've forgotten the name, though.

I constantly keep wishing ole Stanley will break out into his Hunger Games character and start laughing like he does everytime a new dish is presented to him and whenever he meets someone.

Shoot man, I LOVE me some Olive 🫒 Garden!!
That salad & bread sticks and my favorite- their Chicken Marsala....I LOVE that Marsala Wine Sauce
But, OG has really went downhill over the years imo
They used to have very good roasted potatoes, roasted sweet potatoes, red pepper, green peppers, and onions with the Chicken Marsala. Now you only get those awful mashed potatoes......

I didn't think of that. The one I was thinking of was either in Hoover or Vestavia. It was long ago, now.
