Use the blue loctite stick not liquid and your life will change for the better
That's what I do. Put it sparingly on every screw.

I use a toothpick to apply a small amount. (After making a mess trying to squeeze out of the tube directly onto the threads)

Truth.
It's so much easier to deal with than the watery stuff in those tiny tubes.

I like the 243, which is also oil resistant.
I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

The first thing I do with every new Spyderco knife is put Orange Loctite on every screw.

I use my knives very hard and have no time for screws backing out.

I only use the blue stick on pivots. All other screws go without and I've never had a problem, but pivots love backing out on me.

On this forum, I’m in the minority who doesn’t disassemble my knives. That said, I do move pocket clips around, and always use blue Loctite.

So far, the only screw I’ve ever had that loosened by itself was the lock bar pivot screw on my Endela. It did already have blue Loctite on it, so I cleaned the screw a bit and reapplied blue Loctite, and put it back in snugly. It hasn’t come out again since. I can only imagine that the screw had come out, even with Loctite already on it, because maybe it hadn’t been screwed down far enough at the factory.

Another vote for purple. These are very small screws. No need to overdo it.

Only on the pivot screws if they back out by themselves and I'll reapply after disassembling...pocket clip screws if I change it's position.

If I'm just making a quick small adjustment from the factory seal to perhaps center the blade, then I don't bother. Even if I break the initial seal, there's still enough resistance and I've never had a problem.

If you can find the Mini , it is perfect for emergencies when you are on the go . I keep them in my truck and Polaris , very small but more than enough for that type of situation . MG2
