Does anyone have any idea what finish is used on the Titanium clips that are on the Salt series folders ? Thank you . MG2

If i remember correctly, it's a proprietary secret. Kind of like liner steel.
Classified information!
We don't have clearance.
Area 51 stuff.

I think you may be correct in assumption . I put clip in Acetone for two days and nothing happened. I’m trying Citri Strip now and after 4 hours no change . I may just take it to have it sand blasted off , that way I will save my Dulux sense of humor . ;)

I was able to sand mine off by hand without too much trouble. I had the undying urge to ano it purple and I just couldn't wait to find a better method ;)

Thank you and your pics are beautiful . I hope to sand blast mine today if a buddy his Autobody shop today . My clip is still in a jar of Citri Strip since Saturday. I will be checking it this morning to make a decision. I will post once the project is complete . By the way I’m a big Kubrick fan myself . Have a great day. ,MG2
