Got home last night and my wife surprised me with a random gift. A foliage green delica. And to top it off, she ordered from Lynch NW, so it already has their clip! I love the color. This is my first non ffg delica, and the heft difference of the blade feels really nice!

Image
Very cool! You’re a lucky guy! That’s a nice knife and I really like the contrast of the pocket clip they put on. I’ve always been impressed with the quality of Lynch NW so I think that’s an awesome combo. Receiving it as a gift from your wife makes it even better. 👍👍
Thanks. Yes, she is better than I deserve! I have a few other brands of pockets clips, but the LNW clips are by far the best. The extra room he puts between the screws and the clip really make a difference.

Looks like an amazing view from up there. Really enjoy seeing your mountain pictures.

Thanks! Glad you like ´em.
... this was actually only half way up to the mountain so the view there is pretty limited.
Right on the top the view is very nice indeed, since on this particular mountain there is an open view far and wide into the flatlands to the north, the rocky limestone peaks to the west, the mellower hills to the east, and the really high granite glaciated mountains to the south. And also directly down on the city of Salzburg.

Is that a little hut in the mid-ground?
Yes, it is.
In the summer sheep freely graze on that mountain, and the hut is for the shepherds when they come looking for the sheep, which they do like about once a week.

:hushed-face None currently! My PITS lost a pivot screw, but a bit of panicked late night searching turned it up in a pair of pants I wore a few days back. If I had not pulled it out last night I would not have noticed the missing screw in time. Need to locktite it and sharpen it before it can go back to my EDC. At least I'm wearing a Spyderco shirt today.

Sorry brother!! Once it hit the pocket, it doesn't want to leave! Carrying a small fixed blade, scout carry today...so there was still room for another knife!
