Pretty sure.
Were you referring to the Belichick meme or another post? The Belichick meme is pure satire, by definition there is nothing “true” about it.

If I recall correctly, there was some talk about doing something to incentivize the ProBowl but I don’t think it ever went anywhere. I tend to agree though, it’s usually a lame game. It’s not worth it for players to put in any real effort because of the risk of injury.

The Belichik meme. Jokes and memes are based on truths to be funny. The truth in this meme was that Belichick had to edit his contact info to not do something dumb again. The sad part is that he had to edit it.

I've been looking at all those Super Bowl Rings.
Out of the 60's and 70's I like the 1970 Colts the best, then the 1976 Raiders followed by my birth year the 1971 Cowboys ring.
Pittsburgh's rings looked like gaudy classic rings imo.
Even their 5th and 6th Super Bowl rings could've been a bit better imo.
I kind of like this one. :cheap-sunglasses

Sometime in the 1980s, when I was young and impressionable, I was listening to sports radio and Coach Switzer was asked about the wishbone offense and it’s success. Switzer said. “It is not about the alignment but about the alignees”. That has stuck with me to this day. This kind of comes back around to this whole coaching carousel that happens every year in the NFL.
Yeah, that's a nice one!
One of my overall faves is the 2011 NY Giants ring.
I like it when they add team color the ring.

Sad that he had to edit the last names of two contacts in his phone? Really? :spiral-eyes

I’m at least glad you chose to ignore the racial insinuations in the meme, as they’re entirely unfounded and only included to be inflammatory. Although, I wholly expected the deflection from that part of the meme, so we’re just going to have to agree to disagree on this one.

LOL

Now those are some beautiful rings!

One thing that I’ll always find funny, is that the Patriots made the conscious decision to put 283 diamonds in their Super Bowl 51 rings, just to troll the Falcons for blowing a 28-3 lead.

It literally never ends either. Brady announced his plans to retire on 2/1/22 and 2 + 1 + 22 = 25 which is number of points the Patriots scored to come back and win SB 51. :rofl

I'm hoping and praying that Eric Bieniemy gets one of the head coach openings this year. Because I think the Chief's organization needs some fresh new blood for the upcoming 2022 season. This past year was such a horrible disappointment for all Chief's fans. With all the talent that is on that roster they just have to do better. And I think they need brand new DC and OC coaches this next year. Spags also had his chance too but blew it and it's time for him to go as well.

And I wish the very best for Eric because he's earned a higher job if anyone has. But it's high time we shake up the Chief's internal structure and make some major changes within the organization. I just think with the present staff serving Andy Reid & Co. everyone has just gotten too comfortable with this present set up.

It's kinda like the loser kid who somehow manages to get to 3rd base with the hot girl in school but doesn't manage to score. He still wins just getting way further than he ever did before 🤣

The Houston Texans organization is a complete Dumpster Fire 🔥 !!
They don't even give poor ole David Culley a chance and then turn around and hire lol, are yall ready for this??
They hire Lovie Smith......I in no way, shape, form, or fashion could ever make something this stupid up.
N.F.L. Head Coach Jobs are rarer than hens teeth.
Only 32 in the whole wide world.
There is unbelievably good talent to choose from here in these United States........but, can anyone explain why the Texans hired Lovie Smith???
Gotta say, let that Dumpster Fire ROAR! 🔥 🔥

Texans are and will always be a joke. Especially still employing their predator QB.

Absolutely and why couldn't they offer it to Eric Bieniemy -
Lol, I don't usually say much about head coach hiring but, this was just unbelievable imo.

At least Lovie Smith has NFL head coaching experience. Apparently their next top candidate was Josh McCown! His only coaching experience is high school.

I was getting worried a few weeks back, reading things about Flores and Watson teaming up with the Giants. Yes, that would probably be exciting on the field, but the Giants aren't the organization to take that chance. I'm also thankful they didn't take Flores now as well. I think he was doing a pretty good job there in Miami. But now, with all this lawsuit crap, I think he's really hurting his future opportunities.
