Gonna have to check them out, I love that style of music.
I listened to Pink Floyd's The Wall today, both CD's. Made me think about how long it's been since I watched the movie. Think I'll give it another viewing this weekend.

Re: What are you listening to?
I grew up in SoCal but not in the San Fernando Valley. However, there were some girls in my high school who spoke a lot like this, especially when they would say, “Like, oh my Gaaaawwwwd!” I remember a couple girls in particular I used to think were hot, until I sat near them in art class and overheard them gossiping and talking like that. I no longer thought they were hot anymore. This song came out a year after I graduated high school, and it reminded me of those girls in class. I wonder what the women those girls grew into speak like now.
This song was actually making fun of people who spoke that way, but I still found it annoying. They played it on the radio TOO MUCH for a while, then suddenly stopped playing it completely. I hadn’t heard this since the summer of 1982. For some reason it popped into my mind again, and I thought I would torture the younger generations with it.

Re: What are you listening to?
ok if that seems to be elevator music. Try Peter Gabriel Passion soundtrack. It will test your sound system. Wide variety of middle eastern instruments. MG2

I'm a huge Led Zeppelin fan. Favorite song is Ramble On, followed closely by Over the Hills and Far Away. And I enjoy listening to covers of Led Zeppelin songs. This guy does quite an admirable job...Corey Heupel.

After seeing James Y's post for the Doors L.A. Woman, I had to post another cover by Corey Heupel.....this guy is outstanding. He does some impressive Hendrix covers as well....all acoustic.

The album was recorded in one afternoon, in exactly the running order of the album.
