This is going to be awesome in SE.
Re: Reveal 9 Live!
Stretch XL with almost a 4" blade comes in at 2.7 oz? That's crazy light for the size. Gotta love that liner less frn.

The Stovepipe is one of the coolest knives I've seen. Great Reveal!

Re: Reveal 9 Live!
If it sells well, would be an easy candidate to make a salt version, given the lack of liners!

Re: Reveal 9 Live!
I didn't realize the Stretch Xl wasn't going to have liners. Now it has my interest.

Re: Reveal 9 Live!
Been waiting for the Damasteel Urban (well actually the UKPK but that one isn't happening). Now that I see it, I don’t know if I want it. The Ivory G10 is like 3 classes below the beautiful blade. Disappointing.....

Re: Reveal 9 Live!
Thoughts as I browse the reveal....
Wow the stove pipe is one ugly knife. I absolutely love that Spyderco puts out weird looking designs like this, the poliwog, dodo, gunting etc. It's a lot more fun than the same drop point 3"-3.5" blade folders every year.
Yojumbo sprint? That's a surprise. Glad it's selling well enough to warrant that! This one will tempt me, but I may also hold out for a DLC run. Time will tell. I love my DLC S30V model, it surprised me with how ergonomic it is and how well it works as a utility EDC.
Stretch XL being linerless is a very nice surprise. I've longed for Spyderco to make more large, linerless knives because I have big hands but appreciate a light knife. I could see this one becoming a prominent member of my rotation, because the Stretch ergos always worked well for me, but the XL will fit my grip better. Also increases the chances we'll see a salt version down the road, which for me could potentially be my new #1 knife!
Wharnie Cara Cara looks cool too.
Always glad to see more low grit sharpening options. Might check out the web foot when it releases.
The budget carters caught my eye too. Taking on a more serious culinary role this year might treat myself to one.
All in all a very exciting reveal. Very eager to get my hands on a Stretch XL!

OMG! That Stovepipe is so sick!!!! I absolutely love it! I’m currently having a hard time processing the rest of this reveal, because this thing is stealing the show!
Also, I love the reveal artwork for the stovepipe!

Re: Reveal 9 Live!
I like the Stovepipe. I hope it's less than $200, but I doubt it. Probably closer to 300.....

Re: Reveal 9 Live!
W00t ! I'm going to bag Wharncliffe Robin and perhaps a Meadowlark too
Digging the Hat n°7 too. Will buy one at the same time as I buy a Mule (if I get the chance to...).
Curious about the MT32P - despite the lower number (as opposed to MT35P), it's hadn't yet been released ?

Re: Reveal 9 Live!
I hope they put out a video of the Webfoot in action. I'm wondering if the base will also work with the Goldenstone?
