Re: What did you use your Spyderco for last?
Got into a squeeze today. One that could be resolved with a a little creative knife use.
A hidden electrical switch got stuck in the on position caused by some building material residue stuck in the mechanism. By a mix of carving out the surrounding material to gain access and prying out the residue I was able to resolve the situation.
With only the TPT Slide and KC HAP40 Dragonfly available on my person, only the latter had the agility and reach required. Not exactly my first pick for creative knife use, but you only have what you have.
Problem solved in short order and the knife seem to have come through without any permanent damage.

now it's time to rub & smoke 120lbs of pork butt, then cut that haddock.

Cutting up stuff to fill some pita bread. I got around to working on the edge of an Elmax Mule I picked up at the Seconds Sale and gave it a try.

Used the Burnt Orange Mantra 2 LW to carve up a fire-roasted vegetable pizza-like object.

The quite large blade of the native is perfect to apply some foie gras on some toasts ! Or to cut actual salmon (not pink, red )

I am surprised that corn did not pop being so scared of that blade!

Broke in Santa's Gift to insert some new screens for my windows. I typically like long blades for EDC, but small blades work better for projects for me. This is my first Native 5.

Cut up last night's dinner with teh Caly 3.5, and used the ClipiTool Std to open packages today. Heck, even the wife used the ClipiTool. Ah, used the ClipiTool last night to open some beers.
