ImageEvery year . Gift from wife when Adventura first came out .
That recurve looks awesome 😎
Thank you ! I always hoped they would have come out with a XL version in G10 or Micarta . Blade is very unique for Spyderco, that’s why I was attracted to it . Dialex is a great guy .

We are mostly just around the house for the 24th-26th but I am currently carrying my PM2 satin M4 Arctic Storm today. Tomorrow I will likely swap to my PM2 in Maxamet/Grey G10 for Christmas and the day after my customized Amalgam.

My Amalgam has a dark Blue Lynch clip and matching dark Blue screws.

That said, 99.999% of my Spydercos have a Lynch clip of a specific color or finish (ex tumbled vs brushed) that match the theme of the knife or blade finish.

Very nice ! I had an Amalgam for a very short time. Friend saw it on my work bench and had to have it . I handled it this morning again at his place. I have to get another, love big knives. Thank you MG2

Nice choice!
I agree... Would love to see the Adventura resurrected in an XL with G10 or Micarta! :star-struck
Dialex's website has been down for a few months but i hope he makes a comeback.

I'm loving the K390 Wharnie... Excellent "around the house" knife for Xmas Eve.

The Native 5 CF and the Watu. Maybe the Chap and certainly the Ladybug too
(I have a feeling some sharpening supplies might be under the christmas tree, so I'll take extras just to try them :nerd )

(This box has tools that are not knives, the knives are of course in the sock drawer !)

I have the Kapara for any food help and the Rock Jumper for package opening.

If Santa comes through hopefully one of those packages have a Native 5 LW. Fingers crossed.

I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

The Kapara was carried all day today except for when we went to church. Then it was exchanged for the K390 Dragonfly.

Plan to have this out and available for Christmas morning tomorrow.

Also been carrying a new to me Jess Horn in black micarta, which I guess is really mine now because it bit me today (very minor). :D
