What the heck is that? It's beautiful! Some Sage variant? And why is it in a museum?

May your feet be warm and dry and your throat warm with whiskey. A knife in hand or in the sock band.

That is one of the 17 Kopa variants, in this case model C92AWP “Stainless Steel with S/S bolsters and Abalone with Black & White Pearl stripes inlay” (the SpydieWiki description). Not a Sage (those are from Taichung), these are from the first Golden Age of Spyderco (early 2000s) and are from Japan. The nicest Spyderco model in my opinion in terms of sheer beauty and variety — Google them and you’ll have a fun time drooling over the other varieties. And not in a museum, in my pocket (otherwise I’m in the wrong thread). Cheers, Radioactive

Wow! I just googled it and probably should not have. This model and the turquoise variant are just art. So much for my modest 2022 list.

Jealous of all the wharncliffes being carried today. This knife would be a much better user with NBA and a wharncliffe or hawkbill.
