For the dummies like me, what does the HH refer to? The stamp on the blade refers to the same I assume?

The photos this morning are great folks!!!

As usual, the tenacious lw se is in my pocket here at work (along with a leatherman skeletool). Yesterday it got a light duty but extensive workout…needed to be washed/disinfected three times. Today might be similar. Every day I’m impressed with the corrosion resistance, edge holding and toughness, detent/lock strength and smoothness of operation that this knife exhibits despite what so many folks complain about in regards to 8cr, liner locks and country of origin.

You'll get no argument from me. IMHO serrated 8Cr13MoV is vastly underrated. Corrosion resistance aside, I find little difference in performance from serrated H1. I just gave away my serrated Rescue Cara 2 to a very good fishing friend of mine. The low hollow/sabre grinds are similar between Sekie H1's and the Cara 2 Rescue. I actually prefer the grind on the Cara 2 Rescue because the teeth are less spikey and go all the way to the tip. My friend is a retired fireman and he was impressed. I'm gonna miss it, but in all probability made a convert. ;)

Great pic! This looks like it would've been a challenging balance act.

I find the serrations on my tenacious to be very similar to those on my Byrd Rescue and hawkbill! I most certainly prefer them over my SE native 5 and ladybug! They are definitely less spikes than the teeth on my ARK but that thing is a beast in and of itself and it’s hard to compare things to it!

I’m very much looking forward to the SE Byrd wharncliffes…hoping the maker (and SE tooth roundness) stays the same!

It's a distributor from across the pond in the UK, Heinnie Haynes.

I’m a Honda guy for the most part but Polaris builds great 4x4 atvs. This one should have snow tracks on it in a week or two. Now that is fun!
