which spyderco knife are YOU?!

Post by clovisc »

i can't help it... for whatever reason, i'm in something of a comedic mood this evening...

if you were to be suddenly, magically transformed into a spydie... which do you think you would be?

i think i would probably be the spyderco smith in ATS-34 steel... i'm probably still useful, and not too long ago i used to be more popular and interesting to the world at large, but nowadays, most people have forgotten i exist. i am long and slender and generally accused of being elegant, but this probably just makes me more prone to injury. girls who see me usually think i'm handsome, but they're still too scared of me to touch me. i'm very notoriously uptight and resistant when you first meet me, but with time i'll generally loosen up... probably more than you wish i would...

LOL!

I would be the Stainless Harpy SE. No question. It is the knife that started it all for me, my entire association with Spyderco.

SPYDERHAWK!!!! Please bring back the Spyderhawk!!! IMMEDIATELY!!! And Michael Cook has a new name for it!! But the radical nature of that guy really tells you who I am when nobody is looking  . But I could also say Dyad because of my split personality :D . No I don't think there is just one Spyder that could epitomize your old pal JD. ;) :spyder:

I'm a Delica.

A little rough around the edges and sometimes overlooked. However, can get the job done like nobody's business. Not real flashy or large.

I am definitely a Dodo! Practical, and people first look and say what is your purpose? Then I show them. Unexpectedly useful. Oh and let the joking begin LOL

clovisc-

I like this thread, what a great topic, but people need to explain themselves like you did but we need to try to guess what they are.

Now me-

Seems like I've been around forever-just ordinary and average. Nothing fancy! You can use me and the ladies can abuse me! I'm thrifty but don't call me cheap. I'm not afraid of being throwen around and scratched. I can take a lickin' and keep coming back. And after all these years I'm still workin' and the one that gets used the most. I guess I'm just popular!

I am-

The real Mr. Delica not that imposter Mr. David Lowery. If I wasn't a Spydie I'd be an old Buck 110. Nice to meet you!
