If you are getting declined, it may simply be that the information is not matching on cc info and the info put in during processing. I was declined 4 times, called cc company, no transaction went through. Then read Kristis tips and all it took was entering my info on the Spyderco order, the change in my address from St to Street. Took 56 minutes to finally get approval/processed. Must have been quite a few magnacut mules in this batch…

It wasn't a problem with credit card verifications I suspect, everyone's cards were getting declined because the servers couldn't handle the request. Everyone's orders went through all at once, like 55 minutes after they went on sale.

I definitely don't chase the sprints like some of you guys but this has easily been the craziest I've ever seen. I guess technically some exclusives have sold out "faster" but it's a little hard to sell them out when the servers just implode lol.

I seriously considered this, but at the end of the day I just don't use my PD1 Mule enough to justify another. Plus, there's the whole scramble to buy on at 8am thing. My first magna cut knife will still be a fixed blade, but almost certainly be from another company which offers pre-orders.
