Worth every penny, but, at the same time, really makes me appreciate what a value the G10 S30V version I have is.

I think the PM2 CruWear/Micarta is a good value at $171.50 compared to the PM2 S45VN/G-10 at $154.70.

Good point, using the current srandard model as a comparison. Mine clearly isn't and I forgot it was an open box deal, so I am using a much lower purchase price, kinda skews things a little. That said, my S30V is still a great knife. As is the CruCarta!

The retailer I get all my gear from has it listed for $270 CAD (when it arrives), which is roughly $220 USD. It’s hard to justify paying that much..

Just got mine in. They are perfect. On center great action. Micarta with cruwear is a winner. I’ve had a few pm2s and this is the best to date.

I am sitting here with my KnifeCenter preorder email saying “we ain’t got to you yet” while watching videos of people with them in hand on YouTube trying to guess when mine will drop.

It’s interesting to me that all these small shops are getting them in, but none of the big name online retailers have them yet. If it’s because Spyderco is taking care of the small mom and pop shops first, then props to them.
