Re: Fully Serrated Resilience!
Maybe doing a few hundred CE Resilience blades will give them enough practice to go ahead with full SE. Fingers crossed.
Re: Fully Serrated Resilience!
Darn. That's a game changer. Coulda, shoulda, woulda been a runaway best seller, maybe? Now we'll never know.

Oh… so just to clarify, even though it was in the reveal it may not be happening?

Re: Fully Serrated Resilience!
I'm still in for a CE black blade.
At least the K390 Police SE is still coming.

May you find peace in this life and the next.
Re: Fully Serrated Resilience!
honestly I was a little more excited for the fully serrated resilience. I was hoping the vg10 P4LW would have gotten the fully serrated treatment first but.... we shall see. I'll probably buy a k390 just because. but like you.... I prefer the corrosion resistance. for me its only because of laziness, I don't sweat acid.

Re: Fully Serrated Resilience!
Sal, may I ask:
The maker obviously IS able to make a fully serrated Tenacious
Why then does its S35VN version only come in PE and CE? But the 8cr versions also in fully SE?
Top three going by pocket-time (update April 25):
- EDC: Endela SE (K390). Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10), Chaparral SE (CTS XHP)
- Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Endela SE (K390)
- EDC: Endela SE (K390). Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10), Chaparral SE (CTS XHP)
- Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Endela SE (K390)
Re: Fully Serrated Resilience!
Thing is, the CE Resilience has a pretty short SE section for its overall edge length. Some might like this, I personally would love to see more SE on it.

Re: Fully Serrated Resilience!
Just heard about the S35VN SE Resilience being canceled from knife joker. That's a shame. I EDC my SE K390 Police which makes it sting a little less.
Any other premium steel SE models out there currently? I was aiming larger but I like to have a rotation for PE as I do with PE.
Apologies for the thread necromancy.

Seeing this thread pop back up is like running into a really hot girl that dumped you. Now the wound is reopened and I'll be sulking over it again for days.

Re: Fully Serrated Resilience!
I'd say a second K30 Police, but Endura in K390 are supposed to come with SE too at some point, no ?defenestrate wrote: ↑Mon Apr 18, 2022 9:58 amJust heard about the S35VN SE Resilience being canceled from knife joker. That's a shame. I EDC my SE K390 Police which makes it sting a little less.

i wish. she wants nothing to do with pocket knives. she'll use kitchen knives all day, but looks at my little (by comparison) pocket knives like they are murder weapons.

Re: Fully Serrated Resilience!
This is an AWESOME thread!
BUT, I'm feeling the belated disappointment of one who never knew there was a chance of a full SE Resilience. For the past few months I've wished such a thing existed, but knew it didn't so it is what it is, right. And now this.
