This is especially nice for someone like me, who's EDC knifes all have some version of the Emerson Wave. No flap to get in the way, just direct access to the handle. Also the pocket is deeper than it looks, it goes beyond what you can see from the stitching I can fit my Szabo folder all the to the top of the clip, but just barely.

Hope they come out with the dedicated knife pocket feature on more of their pants, especially like their canvas work type pants.

I’m glad you like them, but $63 khakis (on sale from $90) with a gimmicky knife pocket, that appears too small for a PM2 or too tight for something larger and sits at an unconventionally low height and in a forward tilted position, just doesn’t do it for me.

I’m able to buy whatever clothing I like within reason but I would never see myself wearing those urban Gucci hiking pants… they would look very stylish riding the W line from Golden into LoDo though.

A few sets of the Arc'teryx LEAF pants have dedicated knife pockets. More expensive than these but worth it to me.

Did you miss the part where he said it fits his Szabo? If you're worried that a pm2 won't fit, maybe you might want to use the money you save on pants to buy a ruler? 😂
