Honestly, I'm most irritated with Heinnie Haynes. I mean I paid for this knife in full almost a year and a half ago now. Heinnie may not have been aware that it was going to be delayed, but they darn well knew that the knife was still a long ways out when they started collecting the pre-order money in full. In fact, they even tried to entice their customers to pay the pre-order price super early by saying there would be a price increase in 2021 if they didn't pay right then and there.Doc Dan wrote: ↑Thu Jul 29, 2021 7:50 amCOVID-19 has strained a lot of businesses and put them behind. Some it has put out of business. I'd say just be patient. I am anxious to get my hands on one of these, myself and it does help keep interest up asking when. But, we should also keep in mind that they are not dragging their feet on this.
I've moved since then and Heinnie has switched to a completely new computer system. I'm not even confident that they'll be able to find my order when the time comes. Nothing shows in my account when I log in since they switched systems (although they assure me the order is still there and paid for).
Bottom line, Heinnie SHOULD NOT have been collecting the full amount for this knife when it was no where near being in there possession in their opinion.
