Nice setup, color coded and everything. :)
Is that tini as reliable as the tip in your experience?

the Tini is great. I actually carry it more often than the Tip because it takes up less shirt pocket space (I usually carry the Tini and my Lynch Pry bar in my shirt pocket). And the digital runtime display is helpful. A lot easier to tell how much juice you have left than it is with the Tip.

Well after all these years I'm still carrying Surefire flashlights. I still have my old trusty LED version of the Surefire E2D Defender along with the Surefire 6PX Pro. Both of those Surefire units are extremely rugged and I've put both of them through some really harsh environments over the years. I've been using the rechargeable 123a batteries that Surefire sells on their website and they've been well worth the money. I've had one set of those batteries going on 4 years now and they are still performing well.
Oh I would still love to try out some of these other brands of flashlights but I'll probably always be a "Surefire" man to some degree. And yes they are pricey for sure but I've had this latest E2D Defender for about 8 years now and it's just as good as new. I've had the 6PX Pro for going on 3 years now and it's probably the most rugged and durable hard use flashlight I've ever owned. I think that Surefire & Spyderco truly make up a "Dynamic Duo".
I find it strange that Surefire isn't very popular anymore

Happy to hear your unit is reliable cuz I've been jonesing for a tini for some time and your testimony might be the tipping point :) My tip ss has taken a beating but still lights up every time so it's still a favorite but that juice guage and better capacity/output make the tini an interesting proposition.

Today's lights are truly amazing for EDC use, but I've still got a 3 C cell Kel-Lite rolling around in the trunk of my car. The bulb has been replaced with an LED emitter, tho.

I can only speak for myself. I find their truly compelling models to be priced out of my range. Their customer support to non-Agency or Military users to be not very good. Not that they don't have affordable models that I would still recommend, however the Chinese have figured out a good mix of features and pricing that most find more compelling.
FTR, I have on me daily a Surefire Sidekick. I also own several (more than I need ) Olight lights, Lumintop lights, and Maratac lights.
