Happy Birthday "SIMONA"

#1

Post by JD Spydo »

It's been a while since the "GUNTING GIRL" has been amongst us. But I do want to wish lady "Simona" a very Happy Birthday and would love to see her return. Her photos were some of the best I ever seen and she really gave the GUNTING model a lot of fanfare over the years.

But for now let's wish SIMONA a very happy Birthday today!!

She hasn't been around in maybe 8 to 10 years? I used to like reading her posts. I do most Europeans as they look at some things a bit differently.

She has a good eye for photography and I miss her regular pictures.

According to her profile she's been here as recent as 2017. But I think she was probably just lurking at that point. I do miss her great photography and her astounding collection (at least back then anyway).

The last time I spoke to her she was recovering from a skiing accident she had in the Swiss Alps. I do hope that she comes back at some point.

Yeah she always called herself "The Joyful Girl From The Prague">> I think her and her sister were both lawyers if I remember right.

Well Masiff I couldn't agree with you more. And I'm sure you would agree with me that it would be awesome to see our Spyder-Lady "Simona" come back with some of her excellent photography.

I would also love to see some of her old "Gunting Girl" photos as well :) Simona really defined the Spyderco GUNTING model.

I distinctly remember her wearing her GUNTING model in a really nice holster.
