Pac Salt question

On the new LC200N Pac Salt, is there enough material on the scale so that if I want to file down that finger bump it will no go through to the void? The Endura has plenty of material at the finger bump to do this mod. What about the Pac Salt?

Am I clear?

Hope the pics help. There’s less material than on the Enduras before you hit the hollowed out void area.
