I am keen to see any of the blue, orange, or yellows displayed in Larrins' MagnaCut Poster worked into the first scale design.

I’m in for burgundy, and I’m thinking first...initial iteration of FRN Shaman. Go big.

To be honest here I'm totally fine with black. I know that's boring and standard but I really care more about the steel than the color. Has there ever been a steel sprint in plain old black?
The colors are one reason I don’t own many sprints or exotic steels. Much prefer Black, grey, the British Racing green, etc.

I like this idea. Ebony or teak would be equally awesome.

Actually for me handle color is not important too (if at all, contrary to you I might prefer brighter colors but just for practical reasons (less likely to loose or leave behind in the outdoors).

I´d be totally fine with black - but personally still think it is somewhat cool that most special steels have their "color code" (though I have to admit that I got lucky: I am one of those (few??) who happens to like burnt orange, and by incident the only sprint-steel-knives I kept come in that color (Stretch 1/Endura/Manix 2 LW ; HAP 40 / REX 45)... :) )
Top three going by pocket-time (update March 24):
- EDC: Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10); Wayne Goddard PE (4V), Endela SE (VG10)
-Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), and also Wayne Goddard PE (4V)

There's no shortage of colors, but maybe limited to what can be done in FRN.

And that's just a random pic off Google. There's an almost infinite array between each of those.

If they're calling the steel "MagnaCut" the obvious color would be Magenta.

Actually, I don't give a rip, but the old nuke sailor in me would get a chuckle out of it.

Green Canvas Micarta for sure.
I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

I don't think the old Sage Green was ever assigned to a steel, it was more just a random color wasn't it? That was one of my favorite colors.

Kind of an odd topic to have this early, but I'm also going to say I'd be happy with a burgundy color as well. There's a few reds out there, but burgundy is kind of rare. I'd be happy with a color similar to my Microtech, this color is called champagne.

I think thats merlot, champagne is a light gold.

Completely off-topic...but you were a nuke, eh? Surface or subsurface?

Back to topic, magenta would be right up there with pink and purple...not my thing. Just about anything else could work.
