Happy to see another release in a whimpy color, saves me some cash! S90V a nice choice though.

Yea definitely a knife for the jacked and tan. I think I’ll get one lol.

Showed it to my wife to see if she'd be interested in that color, which she said no. Asked her what if I bought it for myself and she said my man card would need to be revoked!

I am relieved the preorders are full at REC. I have a Rex 45 Para 3 LW that is seeing a ton of pocket time and a blue KnifeJoy just sitting in the box. I know my next Spydie will be serrated, but the color and the hype were pulling at the purse strings. If it was a Salt SE Para 3 LW it would be all over.

I just grabbed the KnifeJoy 20cv Para 3 lightweight and it may be my new favorite.
Even considering selling my G10 Para 3s. Its just a much smaller and easier to handle knife.

I think I'm going to take the s90v blade out of the teal Para 3 and put it in my red m390 Para 3, and then sell the M390/teal fraken Para3... That is, if I can keep my wife away from it long enough.

She already has a purple vg-10 Ladybug, a teal s90v Dragonfly, a pink s30v Delica, and a teal s90v Native 5 lw. I should probably just go ahead and order two of these so she'll keep her filthy mitts (kidding) off of mine! :P

I was sure it was S90V for some reason. I had to have my wife bust the knives out. Before she even brought them out, she was telling me I was wrong and it was S30V, lol.

I bought a knife from them before. They seem to post prices and depending on how it goes the price goes up and down. Isn’t 200 the msrp. So technically they aren’t gouging just not discounting.

... for those not particularly impressed with the color - since it is very light it should be pretty easy to dye to whatever you fancy ...

Does rit dye penetrate much into FRN? Just curious if it takes up dye pretty well, or if you'd start seeing teal on peaks and edges with a little use.

I’m actually thinking of doing green rit to darken the teal and it might not be as big an issue. But if you go red might make purple lol. As far as wear I’ve only experienced rit on gun parts and it hasn’t worn off of those pieces
