Does anyone know when the new Para 3s & PM2s with S45VN will be shipped out to dealers?

I don’t think it will be anytime soon. At least not until most of the s30v stock is gone.

As a left hander I have gotten used to the regular compression lock. Exclusives and sprints are always right handed versions so I figured I would just adapt. I find it fairly easy to push the lock in with my thumb.

Models in the Reveal typically ship the same quarter or later.

I personally can't wait to see how the s45vn steel performs in SE!

Got an email from Northwest Knives today. No S45vn in stock. Guess it wasn’t meant to be.

I think there might be a bit of confusion at both KnivesPlus and Northwest Knives. We haven't started shipping the CPM S45VN Para 3 yet. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Hang in there!

As a right-hander, the only compression lock I have really warmed up to is the left-hand Para2. As far as I'm concerned the rest of them are left-handed and it (along with the Gunting I've never had) are the right-handed ones.

Interesting, I’m left-handed and regard right-handed comp locks, like the Lil’Temp3 now in my hand, as built for me.

I was shocked when I asked to look at it and the very nice woman behind the counter as she picked it up was shocked too. She didn't know they S45vn had been released either. I told her "I'm buying this" as soon as I saw it was S45vn. My first time to Northwest Knives and will definitely not be my last. All the employees were very nice and very knowledgeable. Fun having people who share your crazy obsession to geek out with on knives with. Hopefully I find that here as well.

:o We had a little miscommunication internally. I just received confirmation late today, that we are shipping.

Sorry for the confusion!
