I feel like nobody really likes this knife anymore, I still find it unique and fun to fiddle around with. Button lock is something fun and different!

Image
It is still on my must have list. Nobody flame me, but due to size restrictions and my own personal needs, I tend to prefer the smaller Spyderco knives. Dragonfly, Native Chap... But the Smock is the longest I can legally carry and I just love the feel. Got a birthday coming up and have mentioned what a great gift it would make! Fingers crossed.

Nope, just a regular non-cqi dlc millie from the seconds sale. I lucked out and got one with a rather stiff detent, which is what I prefer. Been carrying it IWB lately out hiking etc., no issues having it open up. Tip down works good IWB.

Did I miss a thread where people are being mocked for carrying the size knife that works for them? Seems like there's a lot of sensitivity around size lately. I feel like we're all big boys (and girls) here, and if someone likes a certain size, they probably have a good reason for that :)

Trying to convince myself that I don't "need" the DLT exclusive Kapara with the added on micarta scales.

Aaaand there's one of my wishlist knives. No one seems to post these, are they all in safes ?
Would be a shame because Rex 45 begs to be used, same as the M4 in my pocket.

I feel your pain bud! I miss having a Millie, and that one sat around for awhile at multiple dealers. Had I known when it was available for normal prices, that I would end up loving Rex45 as much as I do, I would have jumped all over one! Big regret on my part for letting it pass by.

Really hoping to see one of these pop up on Vivi's Spyderco Swap page!! Would definitely end my Spyderco knife purchase drought!

Huge Millie fan. Swapped scales on one of mine today.
